Our Rates 

We are a car rental company called Heera Auto Hire.We provide car on hire on all the occasionThis is our lowest rates and when the oil price shoots up in markets then only we increase our rates.

Important Notes for customer 

There is a request for the customer who hires car from our company please read and understand our company terms and condition properly then hire car from us and follow our terms and condition.

HEERA AUTO HIRE: TERMS AND CONDITION

Heera Auto Hire is car rental Proprietorship Company. We provided car on hire basis and our office is located in central Kolkata city.Our office address is 1, Victoria Terrace Kolkata – 700017 (opposite Industry House Building beside Camac Street). State West Bengal INDIA.


Please peruse the terms and conditions listed below. Your placing an order with us implies that you have understood and are in agreement with the following:

1. Prohibited uses: does not allow any of the customers to use

a)             Our company does not provide car on hire to any of the customer transporting more passenger that the prescribed seating capacity of the vehicle manufacturer of the vehicles.

b)             Our company does not provide car on hire to any of the customers in carrying out any crime or any other illegal activity.

c)              Our company does not provide car on hire to any of the customers for carrying and transporting any types of dangerous chemical, explosive, weapon and poisonous chemical.

2. Booking authentication

We accept car hire orders via email, only if the email address of the competent authority of the company is registered with us. And also you can call us on our landline and mobile number for booking the car.

3.Change of order/Cancellation

We do not charge any single amount for cancellation after the car is done booking by the customer but the customer has to confirm the cancellation booking of car hire before 6 hours.

4. Calculation of charge

Charges are calculated on hours used or kilometres were driven, whichever is higher.  The number of kilometres driven is measured on the garage-to-garage basis.

5. Night holding charge (travel outside Kolkata city limits)

We charge night holding if the car is released after midnight of INR 200 per day late night charges.

6. Loses, damage, thefts, accident or accidental death cause while driving our company car by our driver in the hiring time period:

Heera Auto hire only provide car on hire basis with driver and fuel to the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, thefts and also accident death. Customer who hires a car from us is fully responsible for their own safety and risk. In case of any accident happen from the driver we are not responsible for any loss, damage, thefts, accidental death.

7. Parking fees and toll tax charge

Payable as per actuals.

8. Payment due date

Payment is due within 30 days of placement.

     General Terms and Conditions

1. The calculation will be based on an hour or kilometre whichever is the higher basis. Time & Kilometers will be calculated from Garage to Garage basis.
2. Rates include a car with chauffeur and fuel.
3. Reading Kilometer, timings and parking fees to be checked and confirmed thoroughly by the passenger before signing the duty slip. 
4. Outstation charge Use: Day means calendar day. After 12 midnight it will count as next day and will be charged.
5. Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc. It will be charged as per actual.
6. For Outstation trips, Chauffeurs Charges will be charged per day as mentioned in the rate list. Also, night retention charges will be charged extra @ Rs 100/- per night.
7. Luggage in the car at passenger`s risk.
8. Reservations to be done through the mail from company id and also call us on our landline and mobile
9. Cancellation before 6 hours from the reporting time will not be charged.
10. In case of next day requirement of the guest, either the same has to be written on the duty slip with the time and place of requirement or the same has to be informed on the email by the guest or customer call us on our mobile and landline number
11. Payment: Within 15 days of bill/invoice placement.

OUR RATES

 
Car rental rates include

1. Breakdown coverage: in case any of the customers hire our car from our company and breakdown happen during the hiring time we will replace with another car immediately.
2. Driver wages: The customer does not have to pay for our driver wages
3. Insurance claim: Third party liability insurance
4. Fuel cost: The customer does not have to pay for fuel consumption cost

Car hire rates exclude:

1. Parking fees & toll taxes charges:  Will be given by the customer pockets.
2. Night Halt charge: INR 200 for the driver will be given by the customer pockets.

Car hire for monthly basic terms and condition.

If any customer wants to hire car on monthly basis then the customer has to make an agreement regarding monthly hire. Hiring the car on monthly basis is a completely different example is given below such as:

a)             Monthly basis charge
b)             Fuels consumption cost
c)              Mobil oil cost
d)             Driver wages
e)             Parking & toll taxes fees
f)              Agreement duration
g)             Other taxes and many more….

So any customer wants a car on hire for monthly basis then the customer has to make an agreement in mutual ways so all kinds of doubts must be clear from both sides and discuss each other fruitfully, then make an agreement for a car on hire on monthly basis.
